This is a correspondence address. Sessions are online; no in person appointments are offered.

Nature and limits of the service

We provide personal listening and based on experience guidance through one to one online conversations. Listening sessions focus on being heard. Guidance sessions may explore personal decisions, relationships, work or everyday concerns and possible next steps.

We do not provide psychotherapy, clinical counselling, diagnosis, treatment, medication, legal advice, regulated financial advice or emergency services. We do not represent these conversations as a substitute for qualified professional care or advice.

Perspectives are based on experience and the information you share. They may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. No particular outcome, improvement or solution is guaranteed. You retain responsibility for your decisions, without limiting any legal responsibility we may have.

Eligibility and respectful participation

You must be at least 18 and book for yourself. The initial service is for individual sessions, not joint or couples sessions. You may discuss your experience of a relationship without bringing another person into the call.

Participation must be lawful and respectful. Threats, harassment and sexual misconduct are not permitted. A session may be ended for safety or serious misconduct; any refund decision will consider the circumstances and applicable law.

Bookings, prices and delivery

Paid bookings are not currently open. Once enabled, a booking is confirmed only after successful payment and a booking confirmation. Selecting a session or contacting us does not reserve a slot.

The session name, duration and total price will be shown before payment. No recurring subscription is created. Sessions are delivered through Google Meet in Hindi or English. No physical product is shipped. Joining details will accompany a confirmed booking.

Sessions use Indian Standard Time unless the booking calendar explicitly displays a different timezone. The planned operating window is 12 noon to 1 AM the following morning, subject to actual availability. Please join on time; arriving late does not normally extend the scheduled end time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before paying. Rescheduling is subject to approval and availability, not an automatic entitlement. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Privacy and session boundaries

Share only what you are comfortable sharing and avoid unnecessary identifying information about others. We do not routinely record or transcribe sessions. Information handling and confidentiality limits are explained in our Privacy Policy.

A booking buys the selected session time, not unlimited messaging or continuing availability outside the session. For support, use our business email.

Concerns and complaints

Email hello@mannkiraah.com with the subject “Complaint”, your booking reference if applicable, and a brief description. Rajat Bhatnagar is the grievance contact. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. Please do not include payment passwords or complete card details.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing restricts your right to approach a competent consumer forum, court or authority or excludes remedies available under applicable law.

Updates to these terms

The terms shown when you book apply to that booking. Future changes will be dated on this page. Material changes to an existing booking will not be imposed retrospectively without a lawful basis or your agreement.
