Who handles your information

What we collect

This website currently allows you to explore and select sessions without creating an account. Session and language choices remain in the page while you browse; no personal intake form is submitted by this website.

When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided and the message content. When booking opens, booking providers will process information such as your name, email, selected session, language, appointment time and booking reference. Payment providers process payment details; we do not need your card password, UPI PIN or complete card information.

During a session, you choose what to share. Please avoid unnecessary identifying details about other people. Essential administrative records may be kept, but sessions are not routinely recorded or transcribed.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to support requests, arrange and deliver sessions, send essential appointment communications, keep necessary transaction records, address complaints, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal stories or contact details. Session content is not published as a testimonial, example or marketing material without separate, explicit permission. Booking is not consent to marketing.

Service providers and website data

The site is hosted using Sites infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. We do not add advertising trackers or behavioural analytics to this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection from your browser to Google’s servers.

Google Meet and Google Calendar are intended for sessions and calendar management; NeetoCal is intended for scheduling. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside India. The payment provider and its privacy information will be identified when paid bookings are enabled.

The page remembers your motion preference in local storage. This is optional presentation data, not a customer profile. External booking services load only when you choose to continue to them.

Confidentiality and its limits

Personal conversations are treated with care and are not shared casually. Confidentiality is not an absolute guarantee: limited disclosure may be necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, address a serious safety concern where legally permitted, protect against fraud, or resolve a complaint. We limit disclosure to what is necessary.

Internet communication and third party services cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Join from a private place and protect your email and meeting links. Please do not record the session or involve another person without prior mutual agreement.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including providing support, resolving disputes and meeting applicable financial or legal recordkeeping requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained by law.

Access should be limited to what is needed to run the service. Requests to delete unnecessary information can be made by email. Third party providers may retain their own records under their policies.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, or raise a concern by emailing hello@mannkiraah.com. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed or mandatory retention.

Do not send Aadhaar, identity documents or financial credentials unless a specific, justified verification request has been made through an appropriate channel. The service is for adults 18 and above.

Policy changes

We will date changes to this policy and explain material changes to information handling when required. Booking and payment features will be reflected here when activated.
