Your story, at your pace.
You choose what to share. There is no requirement to explain everything or agree with a perspective offered.
Someone to listen carefully, ask the questions that matter and help you consider your next step.

People come to me with questions about work, relationships, family and the decisions they find difficult to make. Many come back. They tell me that talking helps them feel more positive and see their situation differently.
I take that trust seriously. Before offering advice, I want to understand what has happened, what matters to you and what is making the decision difficult. A concern that looks small from the outside can feel very different when you are living it.
In a guidance session, we look at the choices in front of you and what each could mean for your everyday life. What can you change? What needs a conversation? What might happen if you act, wait or choose another route? My focus is on practical steps that fit your circumstances.
I will be honest with you, including when my perspective differs from yours. You should have room to question it, think about it and decide what makes sense for you.
Mann Ki Raah brings this approach into a dedicated conversation. If you only want to be heard, I will listen. If you want guidance, we will work through it together.
